HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1977-07-11 NECESSITY ROSEDALE MEADOWS 16486 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR TEE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN ROSEDALE MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, ROSEDALE MEADOWS SUBDIVISION NO. 2 AND ROSEDATR GARDENS SUBDIVISION NO. 17, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH 1/2 OF SECTION 34 On July 11, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.11 P. M. Present Robert E McCann, Robert F Nash, Jerry H Brawn, Jerry Raymond, Peter A Ventura, Robert R. Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent-- None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity of installing street lights in Rosedale Meadows Subdivision, Rosedale Meadows Subdivision No. 2 and Rosedale Gardens Subdivison No. 17, located in the South 1/2 of Section 34, City of Livonia There were approximately one hundred and twenty-five persons present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
