MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 71-5-2-18 (Waiver Use)

On September 25, 1978, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8.00 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F Nash, Gerald D.
Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R. Bishop and Peter A. Ventura
Absent None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a
use permit submitted by Sam and Joy Moy, requesting permission to expand an
Lexisting restaurant as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and P and located on
the west side of Middlebelt Road between Munger and Six Mile Road in Section 14.
There were approximately ten people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 35 P M , September 25, 1978.
