HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1978-06-19 SAD CHEROKEE TRAIL 17148 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ONE ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHT WITH UNDERGROUND WIRING IN CHEROKEE TRAIL SUBDIVISION IN THE S W. 1/4 OF SECTION 33 On June 19, 1978, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.25 P. M Present Robert E. McCann, Jerry H. Brown, Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett and Robert R. Bishop. Absent Robert F. Nash and Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of one ornamental street light with underground wiring located on the island at Hanlon and Grandon Avenues in Cherokee Trail Subdivision in the S.W. 1/4 of Section 33, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately ten people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
