MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
ROAD IMPROVEMENT OF CARDWELL AVENUE IN SECTION 36
On August 28, 1978, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 05 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Gerald D. Taylor,
Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R. Bishop and Peter A. Ventura. Absent
Robert F. Nash.
The President stated we will have to reschedule the Public Hearing on
the Assessment Roll for the street improvement consisting of a 31 foot wide full-
depth asphalt pavement with concrete curbs and gutters (Alternate II) on
Cardwell Avenue between Joy Road and West Chicago in the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 36 of the City of Livonia, since one full sheet of names of people
that should have been notified was lost between the Assessor's Office and the
City Clerk's Office, and those people were not notified. We will have to reschedule
the Public Hearing. It will possibly be in October, 1978.
There were approximately four people present.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8.06 P. M. , August 28, 1978
