MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF STREET LIGHTING IN TANGLEWOOD SUBDIVISION AND
LOTS 124, 125 AND 111$ OF IDYL WYT,T) ESTATES NO 2 IN SECTION 20
On March 20, 1978, the above hearing was held at City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7 20 P M Present, Robert E McCann,
Peter A Ventura, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop and Jerry Raymond
Absent Jerry H Brown and Robert F Nash
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No 1+01, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the
Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special
Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is
opening a public hearing on the necessity for the installation of
street lighting in Tanglewood Subdivision and Lots 1211, 125 and 148 of
Idyl Wyld Estates No 2 in the East 1/2 of Section 20, City of Livonia
There were approximately fifty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 4O P M., March 20, 1978
