HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1979-11-14 SAD MARTINS AVE 18204 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF ST MARTINS AVENUE IN SECTION 2 On November 14, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7 04 P M Present Robert E McCann, Robert F Nash, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop and Peter A. Ventura Absent. Jerry Raymond. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for a 31-foot wide full-depth asphalt pavement with concrete curbs and gutters (Alternate LII) on St. Martins Avenue from Purlingbrook to Livonia Mall Shopping Center in the S E. 1/4 of Section 2, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately forty people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7-47 P M , November 14, 1979 ADDISON W BA•0 it3y lerk L
