HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1979-10-22 SAD QUAKERTOWN 18152 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHliNG IN QUAKERTOWN SUBDIVISION NO. 1 IN SECTION 18 On October 22, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.20 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Robert R. Bishop. Absent. Jerry Raymond and Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of PUblic Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lighting with high pressure sodium lights (Colonial Design) with underground wiring in Quakertown Subdivision No. 1 in the N.W. 1/4 of Section 18, City of Livonia, Michigan. There was no one present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
