HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1979-09-24 PETITION 1979-06-08-17 18093 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 79-6-8-17 (Site Plan) On September 24, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 56 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R. Bishop and Peter A. Ventura. Absent None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to an appeal from a determination made on July 17, 1979 by the City Planning Commission in its resolution 7-121-79 with regard to Petition 79-6-8-17 submitted by William Ponder requesting approval of all plans required by Section 18.47 in connection with a proposal to construct a party store and retail rental space on the south side of Seven Mile Road between Farmington Road and Filmore in Section 9, City of Livonia. There were approximately twenty-five people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
