HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1979-08-13 NECESSITY FITZGERALD 18002 L MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF FITZGERALD AVENUE, NORTH OF SEVEN MILE ROAD (SEVEN MILE TO PEMBROKE) IN SECTION 5 On August 13, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9 00 P. M. Present . Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R. Bishop and Peter A. Ventura. Absent. None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of PUblic Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for the improvement of Fitzgerald Avenue, North of Seven Mile Road (Seven Mile to Pembroke) Lin Section 5, City of Livonia. There were approximately forty-five people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
