HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1979-04-02 SAD SURREY AVE 17687 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE ROAD IMPROVEMENT OF SURREY AVENUE AND GRAYTONA AVENUE IN SECTION 28 On April 2, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 56 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald D. Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R. Bishop and Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for improvement consisting of industrial type pavement of Surrey Avenue and Graytona Avenue, respectively, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 28, City of Livonia, Michigan. There was no one in the audience. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
