HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1979-08-13 SAD LEVAN ROAD 18001 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF LEVAN ROAD FROM PLYMOUTH TO PARKDALE IN SECTION 32 On August 13, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.28 P. M. Present: Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R. Bishop and Peter A. Ventura. Absent. None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for a 27' wide full-depth asphalt pavement with valley swales (Alternate III) on Levan Road from Plymouth to Parkdale in the North 1/2 of Section 32, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately fifty-five people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
