MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
PROPOSED PROJECT PLAN OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
L CORPORATION OF COUNTY OF WAYNE FOR PARAGON PROPERTIES COMPANY
PROJECT
On September 5, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8:07 P. M. Present. Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald Taylor,
Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R. Bishop and Peter A. Ventura.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of whether
this City Council should approve a Project Plan as submitted by the Economic Development
Corporation of the County of Wayne for Paragon Properties Company Project, pursuant
to Act 338 of the Public Acts of 1974.
There were approximately twenty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
L by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 47 P. M. , September 5, 1979.
