HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1979-08-13 SAD PEMBROKE-VASSAR 18003 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REVISED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE PAVING OF DEERING AVENUE BETWEEN PEMBROKE AND VASSAR IN SECTION 1 On August 13, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9:18 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R. Bishop and Peter A. Ventura. Absent. None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Revised Assessment Roll for the paving of Deering Avenue between Pembroke and Vassar in the S. E. 1/4 of Section 1 of the City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately fourteen people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
