HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1979-07-16 SAD WINDRIDGE VILLAGE 17931 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN WINDRIDGE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 2 IN SECTION 4 On July 16, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:54 P M Present: Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert R Bishop and Peter A Ventura. Absent. Robert F Nash and Robert D. Bennett The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lights in Windridge Village Subdivision No 2 in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 4, City of Livonia, Michigan There was no one in attendance Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:55 P.
