HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1979-06-04 PETITION 1979-02-08-04P 17841 MINU1ES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 79-2-8-4P (Site Plan) On June 4, 1979, the above hearing was held, at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 58 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald D. Thylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert R. Bishop and Peter A. Ventura. Absent. Robert D. Bennett. 1 The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to an appeal regarding Petition 79-2-8-4P submitted by Mike Sitto (K & S Associates) requesting approval of all plans required by Section 18.58 in connection with a proposal to construct a convenience food store on the south side of Ann Arbor Trail, east of Newburgh Road, in Section 32, City of Livonia. There were approximately seven people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
