HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1979-12-03 EDC 18240 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION On December 3, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 23 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett and Robert R. Bishop. Absent Mer A. Ventura. The President stated that this is a Public Hearing to consider applications for the establishment of an Economic Development Corporation pursuant to Act 338, Michigan Public Acts of 1974, as amended. There were approximately twenty-five people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
