HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2015-06-22 SAD LED 39436 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ROLL OF A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR LED STREET LIGHTING CONVERSION PROJECT On Monday, June 22, 2015, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice-President Meakin at 7 00 p m Present: Susan Nash, Laura Toy, Lynda Scheel and Vice-President Brian Meakin Absent: Brandon Kritzman, John Pastor, and President Maureen Miller Brosnan Council Vice-President Meakin stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Roll of a Special Assessment District for LED Street Lighting Conversion Project, for the conversion of street lights to LED for the Sherwood Forest Estates Subdivision, in the City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, entitled "Special Assessment Procedure Ordinance " There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 03 p m , on Monday, June 22, 2015 AZ4d4// SUSAN A.
