PUBLIC HEARING
RE REQUEST FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT

On Wednesday, June 3, 2015, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Brosnan at 7 02 p m Present: Susan Nash, Brandon
Kritzman, John Pastor, Brian Meakin, Laura Toy, and Maureen Miller Brosnan
Absent. Lynda Scheel
Council President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the request to establish an Industrial Development
District, submitted Schoolcraft College , for the property located at 17450-17460
Haggerty Road, Livonia, MI 48152 within the boundaries of the City of Livonia for
approximately 11 95 acres lying in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 7, as more
particularly described in the attachment to the application which is hereby
incorporated by reference and which is hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City
of Livonia Industrial Development District No 117
There were eight (8) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 08 p m on
Wednesday, June 3, 2015
