PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF A COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION DISTRICT SUBMITTED BY
FRANK JONNA, PRINCIPAL, SREP HAGGERTY ROAD, LLC
On Monday, March 30, 2015, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
Vice-President Brosnan at 7 15 p m Present. Susan Nash, Brandon Kritzman,
Laura Toy, Lynda Scheel, and Brian Meakin Absent John Pastor, and
Maureen Miller Brosnan
Council Vice-President Meakin stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether or not to approve the request, submitted by Frank Jonna,
Principal, SREP Haggerty Road, LLC, for the establishment of a Commercial
Rehabilitation District, for the property located at 19700 Haggerty Road and
19750 Haggerty Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152, to help in the expansion and
rehabilitation of this property, within City of Livonia Commercial Rehabilitation
District No 2
There were two (2) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 25 p m on Monday, March
30, 2015
