HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2015-05-11 NECESSITY LED 39387 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY OF A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR LED STREET LIGHTING CONVERSION PROJECT On Monday, May 11, 2015, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Brosnan at 7 00 p m Present. Susan Nash, Brandon Kritzman, John Pastor, Vice-President Brian Meakin, Laura Toy, and President Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent Lynda Scheel Council President Brosnan stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity of a Special Assessment District for LED Street Lighting Conversion Project, for the conversion of street lights to LED for the Sherwood Forest Estates Subdivision, in the City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, entitled "Special Assessment Procedure Ordinance " There were nine (9) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m , on Monday, May 11, 2015 wwSUSAN A.
