PUBLIC HEARING
RELATIVE TO AN APPLICATION FOR AN
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
SUBMITTED BY MCLAREN PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES, INC
On Wednesday, April 22, 2015, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council Vice-President Pastor at 7 00 p m Present Brian Meakin, Brandon
Kritzman, and John Pastor Absent. Susan Nash, Laura Toy, Lynda Scheel and
Maureen Miller Brosnan
Council Vice-President Meakin stated that this was a public hearing
on the question whether or not to approve an Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate submitted by Mike VanDieren, Vice President
Corporate Development, McLaren Performance Technologies, for building
improvements, machinery and equipment at their facility located at 33233 West
Eight Mile Road, located within the City of Livonia Industrial Development District
#106 and #116
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this
matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 05 p m , on Wednesday,
April 22, 2015
