ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from Michael Garrett, Manager, Pinnacle Ventures, L.L.C., in connection with the development of a sanitary sewer extension project constructed at 12651 Middlebelt Road for a 20’ wide public utility easement in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 26. 19.
