PUBLIC HEARING
SUBMITTED BY DELTA DEVELOPMENT, LLC
RE APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
On Wednesday, July 7, 2010, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President
McCann at 7 05 p m Present: John Pastor, Brian Meakin, Joe Laura, Laura Toy,
Maureen Brosnan and James McCann Absent: Conrad Schwartz.
Council President McCann stated that this was a Public Hearing regarding an
application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate submitted by Robert Sakuta,
President of Delta Development, LLC, for the purchase of various machinery and
equipment for their facility located at 36251 Schoolcraft Road, which is located within
the City of Livonia Industrial Development Overlay District No 110
There were two (2) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 24 p m , on Wednesday, July 7,
2010
