PUBLIC HEARING
RE: PETITION 2009-10-02-15

On Wednesday, January 20, 2010, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President McCann at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe
Laura, Laura Toy, Maureen Brosnan and James McCann Absent: John Pastor
Council President McCann stated that this was an Appeal of Denial of Application
of Petition 2009-10-02-15, submitted by Six Mile Properties, LLC, requesting waiver use
approval to utilize an SDM license (sale of packaged beer and wine) and an SDD
license (sale of packaged spirits over 21% alcohol) in connection with a retail facility
located on the northeast corner of Farmington and Six Mile Roads (17108 Farmington
Road), in the southwest 1/4 of section 10 There were approximately nine (9) individuals
present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 17 p m , on Wednesday, January
20, 2010
