MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
STREET LIGHTING FOR ROSATI INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION
On Monday, December 6, 2010, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council Vice President Laura at 7 01 p m Present. Conrad Schwartz, John
Pastor, Brian Meakin, Laura Toy, Maureen Miller Brosnan, and Joe Laura
Absent James McCann
Council Vice President Laura stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special
Assessment Roll for Street Lighting for Rosati Industrial, S E 1/4 of Section
28, located west side of Stark Road, between Schoolcraft Road and Plymouth
Road, City of Livonia, Michigan
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 03 p m , on Monday,
December 6, 2010
