HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2010-10-11 SAD ROSATI IND 37697 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY OF A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT FOR ROSATI INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION On Monday, October 11, 2010, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President McCann at 7.02 p m. Present: Conrad Schwartz, Brian Meakin, Joe Laura, and James McCann Absent: John Pastor, Laura Toy, and Maureen Miller Brosnan Council President McCann stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity of a Special Assessment Roll for Street Lighting for Rosati Industrial Subdivision, S E 1/4 of Section 28, located on the west side of Stark Road, between Schoolcraft Road and Plymouth Road, City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
