RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY WAYNE AVERS, VICE PRESIDENT
ADMIRAL TOOL & MANUFACTURING COMPANY OF MICHIGAN
FOR AN EXEMPTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
(INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT#112)
On Monday, June 3, 2013, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Toy at 6 30 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James McCann,
Joe Laura, John Pastor, Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Laura
Toy Absent: None
Council President Toy stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Exemption of Personal Property,
submitted by Wayne Avers, Vice President, Admiral Tool & Manufacturing
Company of Michigan, for the purchase of new equipment in connection with the
manufactured assembly of steering columns and related assembly for the auto
industry for their facility located at 38010 Amrhein, Livonia, MI 48150 (Industrial
Development Overlay District #112)
There were four (4) individuals present in the audience regarding
this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 6 49 p m , on Monday,
June 3, 2013
