PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST TO ESTABLISH A
COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION DISTRICT
On Tuesday, May 21, 2013, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
Vice-President Pastor at 7 06 p m and recessed at 7 10 p m waiting on
Councilmember James McCann's arrival to establish a quorum The public
hearing reconvened at 7 14 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James McCann
(arrived 7 14 p m ), Joe Laura, John Pastor Absent: Thomas Robinson,
Maureen Miller Brosnan and Laura Toy
Council Vice-President Pastor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the request, submitted by Michael C Beaubien,
President, MKO Real Estate LLC, CEO, Mendelson Orthopedics P C on behalf
of Mendelson Orthopedics PC, for the establishment of a Commercial
Rehabilitation District, for the property located 36622 Five Mile Road, Livonia, MI
48154, to help in the expansion and rehabilitation of this property, within City of
Livonia Commercial Rehabilitation District No 1
There were six (6) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk. The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 30 p m on Tuesday,
May 21, 2013
