RE: APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
On Monday, May 20, 2013, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Toy
at 6 45 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James McCann, Joe Laura, John Pastor,
Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Laura Toy Absent: None
Council President Toy stated that this was a Public Hearing regarding an
application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate submitted by Lynn A. Gandhi,
Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP on behalf of Leapers, Inc , requesting
approval for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate for new machinery and
equipment and improving the building at their facility at 32500 Capital which is located
within the City of Livonia Industrial Development Overlay District No 110
There were seven (7) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 00 p m , on Monday, May 20, 2013
