Department of Law, re to amend Section 020 and to repeal Section 025 of Title 9, Chapter 54 (Trespass), which originally pertained to the Detroit Race Course. 24 PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re to amend Section 090 of Title 16, Chapter 32 (Subdivisions) and to amend Section 130 of Title 16, Chapter 24 (Improvements) or to add Section 345 of Title 12, Chapter 04 (Streets and Sidewalks) in regard to sidewalk waiver requests and the fees associated with those requests.
