Engineering Division, re for Parkside Villas Subdivision, located on the south side of Seven Mile Road, between Wayne and Van Roads, in the Northeast % of Section 8 (CR 805-92) 8 REQUEST TO APPROVE TRANSFER OF FUNDS AND CHANGE ORDER TO THE 2005 CONCRETE REHABILITATION/RECONSTRUCTION ROAD PAVING PROGRAM — CONTRACT 05-C Engineering Division, re. to allow Hayball Transport, Inc., the contractor for the 2005 Asphalt Rehabilitation/Reconstruction Road Paving Program — Contract 05-A, to complete the concrete portion of the project this year, as opposed to the request of the current contractor, DiLisio Contracting, Inc., to suspend work and complete the project during the 2006 construction season.
