HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2013-09-30 IFEC HOWARD TERNES 38815 PUBLIC HEARING SUBMITTED BY HOWARD TERNES PACKAGING RE APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE On Monday, September 30, 2013, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Toy at 7 00 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James McCann, Joe Laura, John Pastor, Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Laura Toy Absent: None Council President Toy stated that this was a Public Hearing regarding an application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate submitted by Bonnie Verville, Vice President — Finance/Secretary, Howard Ternes Packaging, requesting approval for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate for complete renovation of the warehouse and office space at their facility at 35275 Industrial Road which is located within the City of Livonia Industrial Development Overlay District No 111 There were three (3) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk. MARECKI, CITY CLERK 38816 PUBLIC HEARING RE: PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LIVONIA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING NOVEMBER 30, 2014 (CR 239-13) On Wednesday, October 2, 2013, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice-President Pastor at 7 00 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James McCann, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller Brosnan, and John Pastor Absent: Laura Toy Council Vice-President Pastor stated that this was a public hearing regarding the proposed budget for the City of Livonia for the Fiscal Year ending November 30, 2014 There were five (5) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
