test, repair and calibrate large commercial water meters for the period through

15 REQUEST TO APPROVE REVISED SITE PLAN Planning Commission, re. in
connection with Petition 2004-10-08-19 submitted by Apple Crest Dental, which
previously received Council approval on June 8, 2005, to construct a dental office
on property located on the north side of Seven Mile Road, between Newburgh
Road and the 1-275/96 Expressway (37500 Seven Mile Road), in the Southeast

17 LANGUAGE PETITION Planning Commission, re Petition 2005-10-06-03
submitted by the City Planning Commission, pursuant to Section 23.01(b) of
Zoning Ordinance No 543 of the City of Livonia, as amended, to determine
whether or not to amend Section 2.09 of Article II (Definitions) and Section 18 37
of Article XVIII (Supplementary Regulations) of Zoning Ordinance No 543, as
amended, so as to reduce the minimum parking space size for designated
employee parking spaces

18 ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION Division of Police, re of a $1,000 00 Grant
Award from the Wal-Mart Foundation to be used to purchase supplemental
supplies for the Police Honor Guard unit.
