RE APPLICATION FOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION EXEMPTION
CERTIFICATE
On Tuesday, July 16, 2013, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Toy
at 7 08 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James McCann, Joe Laura, John Pastor,
Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Laura Toy Absent: None
Council President Toy stated that this was a Public Hearing regarding an
application for Commercial Rehabilitation Exemption Certificate submitted by Michael C
Beaubien, President, MKOS Real Estate LLC, requesting approval for a Commercial
Rehabilitation Exemption Certificate for the expansion and rehabilitation of the property
located at 36622 Five Mile Road which is located within the City of Livonia Commercial
Rehabilitation District No 1
There were four (4) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 57 p m , on Tuesday, July 16, 2013
