PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to Chapter 03 (General Licensing Procedure) of Title 5, Section 080(A)(1), to add the provision that withholding pertinent information requested by the City as part of the license application investigation shall be grounds for denial or revocation of license. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 13. ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION PLACING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS UPON REFERENCED PROPERTIES WHOSE OWNERS HAVE NOT PAID CHARGES CONNECTED WITH THE 2009 SIDEWALK PROGRAM, CONTRACT 09-G, SINGLE LOT ASSESSMENTS: Office of the Treasurer, re: same. NEW BUSINESS 14. ACCEPTANCE OF DONATIONS: Livonia Public Library, re: of cash and gifts from various contributors to be used for the purposes as designated by the donors. 15. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from Lutheran Homes of Michigan, Inc., for an easement in connection with the development of a water main located at 28910 Plymouth Road in the Southwest ¼ of Section 25. 16.
