ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 543, as amended: Department of Law, re: Petition 2013-04-01-01, submitted by the Planning Commission on behalf of TSFR Apple Venture, L.L.C., to rezone property located on the west side of Middlebelt Road between the CSX railroad right-of-way and Schoolcraft Road (13301 Middlebelt Road) in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 26, from M-1 (Light Manufacturing) to C-2 (General Business). First Reading given by Councilmember McCann on July 1, 2013. 9. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2013-06-02-14 submitted by TSFR Apple Venture, L.L.C. to construct and operate a full service restaurant (Applebee’s ) located on the west side of Middlebelt Road between the CSX Railroad right-of-way and Schoolcraft Road (13301 Middlebelt Road) in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 26. 10. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2013-06-02-15 submitted by TSFR Apple Venture, L.L.C. to utilize a Class C liquor license (sale of beer, wine and spirits for consumption on the premises) in connection with a full service restaurant (Applebee’s) located on the west side of Middlebelt Road between the CSX Railroad right-of-way and Schoolcraft Road (13301 Middlebelt Road) in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 26. 11. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2013-06-02-16 submitted by TSFR Apple Venture, L.L.C. to construct a multi-tenant commercial building with a full service restaurant including drive-up window facilities (Del Taco) located on the west side of Middlebelt Road between the CSX Railroad right-of-way and Schoolcraft Road (13301 Middlebelt Road) in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 26. 12. REZONING PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2013-04-01-02 submitted by Jeri Dorr, to rezone the property located on the north side of Five Mile Road between Middlebelt Road and Harrison Avenue (29150 Five Mile Road) (Wright’s Hardware) in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 13, from RUF (Rural Urban Farm) to C-2 (General Business).
