MICHIGAN LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION LAW ENFORCEMENT RECOMMENDATION REQUEST: Division of Police, re: the request of Doc's Sports Retreat, LLC, for an additional Bar Permit and new Outdoor Service Area for the restaurant located at 19265 Victor Parkway, Livonia, MI 48152. 35. REQUEST TO APPROVE REVISED TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LIVONIA AND THE COUNTY OF WAYNE: Engineering Division, re: located at Haggerty Road and College Park Drive, with Wayne County accepting responsibility for 50% of the annual maintenance and energy cost and the City of Livonia accepting responsibility for the remaining 50%, 25% ($2,134.00) of which will be reimbursed to the City by the developer, the Walkon Etkin Partnership.
