REQUEST TO PURCHASE REPLACEMENT LAPTOP COMPUTERS: Division of Police, re: requesting authorization to purchase 45 replacement laptop computers for use in marked patrol vehicles. 3. REQUEST TO APPROVE PURCHASE AND DONATION: Department of Public Safety, re: the purchase of a used Fire Engine Pumper from the City of Farmington Hills and donation of a 1988 Pierce Pumper (Reserve Engine No. 2) to Schoolcraft College. 4. ROLL CALL: Proposed amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, Department of Law, re: to Section 240 of Title 10, Chapter 21 (impound Vehicle -Redemption Conditions and Costs) (CR 508-07) First Reading given by Councilmember Godfroid-Marecki on November 7, 2007. 13. ROLL CALL: Proposed amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 543, as amended, Department of Law, re: Petition 2007-06-06-03, submitted by the City Planning Commission, pursuant to Council Resolution 247-07 and Section 23.01 (b) of Zoning Ordinance No. 543, as amended to determine whether or not to amend Sections 18.45 (Protective Wall, Required) and 19.06 (General Waiver Requirements and General Standards) so as to update the list of recommended tree species to be included in future site plans. REQUEST TO DISCHARGE THE LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE FROM CONSIDERATION OF COUNCIL RESOLUTION 53-05: Councilmember Thomas Robinson, re: the request of New Par d/b/a/ Verizon Wireless to install a wireless communication facility (antenna) at Bicentennial Park. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2007-09-02-38 submitted by Verizon Wireless requesting waiver use approval to construct a 150 foot high wireless communication cellular antenna tower at Bicentennial Park located on the north side of Seven Mile Road between Gary Lane and Levan Court (36228 Seven Mile Road) in the Southeast % of Section 5. (CR 53-05) 16. PROPOSED LEASE AGREEMENT: Department of Law, re: proposed lease agreement with New Par, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, for a cell tower within Bicentennial Park.
