Petition 2019-01-01-01 submitted by Schoolcraft College pursuant to Section 23.01 of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended, requesting to rezone a portion of the property at 18600 Haggerty Road, located on the east side of Haggerty Road between Six Mile and Seven Mile Roads in the Northwest Y4 of Section 7, from PL (Public Lands) to PO (High Rise Professional Office -- Maximum 4 Stories). MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS 2. Petition 2019-01-08-02 submitted by Mark Kuszczak requesting approval of all plans required by Sections 18.47 and 18.58 of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended, regarding a proposal to modify the exterior appearance of the existing restaurant (Thomas's Family Dining) at 33971 Plymouth Road, located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Farmington and Stark Roads in the Northeast '/ of Section 33. 3. Petition 2019-01-08-03 submitted by Community Alliance Credit Union requesting approval of all plans required by Section 18.58 of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended, regarding a proposal to construct a single -story building addition, relocate the existing drive-thru operations and reconfigure the parking and driveway facilities of the existing credit union at 37401 Plymouth Road, located on the southwest corner of Plymouth and Newburgh Roads in the Southeast'/ of Section 30. PENDING ITEM 4. Petition 2018-12-02-23 submitted by Livonia Healthcare Real Estate, L.L.C. requesting waiver use approval pursuant to Section 11.03(n) of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended, to construct and operate a nursing and physical rehabilitation facility at 8834 Wayne Road, located on the southeast corner of Wayne Road and Ann Arbor Trail in the Southwest % of Section 33. 5. Approval of the Minutes of the 1,13611 Public Hearings and Regular Meeting held by the Planning Commission on January 29, 2019.
